Mark Zimmerman has been dedicated to the asphalt paving industry since 1984, when he first began working in Nashville, Tennessee with his uncle’s driveway and parking lot paving business. Starting from the ground up, Mark quickly developed hands-on expertise operating paving equipment and managing job site logistics, building a strong foundation that has supported a decades-long career in the field.
With over 40 years of experience, Mark has worked on a wide range of projects including residential driveways, commercial parking lots, and large-scale paving operations. His skill set spans equipment operation, paving, estimating, and problem-solving—helping customers find practical, long-lasting solutions for their asphalt needs.
Today, Mark owns and operates his own paving business, specializing in residential and commercial driveways, parking lots, sealcoating, and striping. He leads a dedicated team with a focus on quality workmanship, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Beyond his professional life, Mark is a family man and active member of his community in Eagle Creek, Oregon. He is married, a proud father of six children—one of whom has followed in his footsteps in the asphalt industry—and a grandfather. Mark enjoys coaching baseball, softball, and basketball, and values giving back through community involvement.
Built on a foundation of honesty, integrity, and hard work, Mark’s approach to both business and life centers on strong relationships and doing the job right. At 58, he continues to lead an active life, taking pride in his work and his commitment to serving others.
